Welcome Barbarians Down Under

We are a rugby union U15 Development team from North region of Brisbane.  Our team is formed by qualified and experience coaches, trainers and managers and invited players from North region. Most of our players had played at representative level and our goal is to build up their skills, explode their potential and give them the chance to move up to a higher level next year.

 

To reach our goal we have planned a development program that includes fitness, mental strength, nutrition and basic skills training for eleven weeks and a tour, for two weeks, to Paris on April 2010. This tour includes two matches against French sides, training sessions with high levels coaches and players and, also, our participation in the International Disneyland Junior Championship.  

Although this is our first year as a development team most of the players and coaches involved have been working together since 2007. As a Representative North team we have won the U13 Development Carnival (2007), the State Championship (2008) and last year we finished fourth.  Next year we have planned to make an impact on players ‘ and team’s performance and have more focused development program.
